Annual Beaver Creek Workday

When: Saturday, November 1, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: Meet at Fly Fishing Parking lot on Beaver Creek Church Road, Hagerstown MD
What: Annual Beaver Creek Workday

This is our annual Beaver Creek workday where we will be doing cleanup and maintenance work on trees (trimming) cleaning up invasives, rebuilding tree cages, etc., and cleaning up trash.

Dress appropriately (i.e., long pants and close toed shoes), as there are nettles and bushes that have thorns. Bring your waders, gloves, eye protection, pruners, and pliers. If you need SSL hours make sure to bring your form with you.

Lunch will be provided, so let us know you will be there. There will be sandwiches, chips, and cookies.

Help save resources, if you have a water bottle, please bring it!

And after we are all done, bring your gear to go fishing!

If, for any reason this event is cancelled due to inclement weather, a notice will be on the home page of the site.

We will start at 9:00 a.m.
